  • “Member” refers to registered Bordeaux Festival account holders.
  • “Content” includes text, graphics, images, etc.
  • “Conversation” refers to messages exchanged between users.
  • “Automatic online payment” is our secure payment service.
  • “Tax” refers to applicable taxes and fees.

Account Registration

To access certain features and create listings, you must register an account. Both Accommodations and Travelers can register. You’re responsible for providing accurate information and safeguarding your password.

Intellectual Property Rights

We own the software and intellectual property rights of our content. Users must respect copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.


If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You agree to accept similar provisions if any are deemed invalid.
